Cloud Issues
As we've previously communicated, we have identified an issue with our services that control the application data on our application servers. This is what ensures that the correct version of Window Designer is running for your instance.
The team have put a manual process in place while root cause is being determined. While the main functionality appears to be restored, we are aware that some users are still encountering technical issues. These are related to ongoing file propagation across our server network and may result in error messages such as:
- “File does not exist” when loading pages
- DLL-related notifications
- PDF writer messages
- Scripting errors
Our team is actively working to complete recovery across all application servers, and we will continue to share updates as progress is made. If you do experience any of these issues, please try reloading your session. A number of servers are still in the final stages of recovery, and refreshing may help connect you to a fully restored environment.

Fengo2 Services
We are aware of the service disruptions to the Fengo2 services, which controls the synchronisation of data from the configurator to devices, such as Window Designer instances and iPad applications.
The team are working hard to get the services back up and running as soon as possible.
